Security
Lodemark holds no customer data today. The calculator runs in your browser: nothing you enter in it is sent anywhere. You can check: each page's content security policy lets it connect only to lodemark.eu and to Cloudflare's analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
- In a pilot
- Your files stay under your control. A European AI provider reads them by default. On request, a US provider processing them in the EU, named in your agreement, or a local option on your own computer. When the pilot ends they are deleted on your schedule, and you get a record of the deletion.
- AI
- How pilots work: AI only reads fields from the documents, the rules engine does all the maths, and, by default, a person checks every value. A US provider is used directly only where no customer data is involved, such as public rule texts and fictional examples.
- In place
- No cookies, and no advertising or tracking scripts.
- Site hosting
- Static pages on Cloudflare (a US company), which sees connection data and nothing else.
- Access
- Before any pilot file arrives: one named person with access, full-disk encryption, hardware security keys on every account that supports them, no shared accounts. No customer file leaves the EU on a device.
- If you send a parts list by email before an agreement, we delete it and ask you to send it under the agreement.
- In a pilot, too
- Your workspace runs on EU-owned hosting, separate from this website’s host. Your original documents are kept there encrypted for the contract, or deleted once checked if you prefer. Supplier names can be replaced by codes only you can resolve.
- Not accepted
- Classified or export-controlled information, at any level, in any form. If it reaches us by mistake, we delete it and tell you.
- Not yet
- A security certification and an external penetration test. We say so until that changes.
- On request
- Our security and incident annex, our data processing agreement and the list of sub-processors, before you share anything.
- Report a problem
- security@lodemark.eu. We reply within two working days.
